At BioCollagen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return process within 90 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
You may return any eligible BioCollagen Mask within 90 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them

A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required

You must contact our customer support team at support@biocollagen.co to request return authorization and receive the correct return address
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent to our designated facility (address provided after approval).
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status:

Inspection: We’ll review your returned item to confirm it meets our return criteria

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Posting Time: Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction
Damages & Issues
We aim to deliver your BioCollagen Mask in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us right away at support@biocollagen.co so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including:

Opened or used personal care items (including face masks)

Customized or personalized gift sets

Items considered hazardous materials, such as flammable substances

Need a different item? You may return your product as outlined above and place a new order once your return is approved.
