Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you another email with your tracking details. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your order directly through our tracking page.
Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. If the courier cannot deliver directly, your order will be held at the nearest postal location, and you’ll be notified by email or SMS.
We take 1–3 business days to carefully prepare your order, conduct a quality check, and package your items.
